Our theme this week was Fourth of July! We started out the day by making a word clothesline. The kiddos came up with words that represented our country. I wrote the words and then they drew pictures. They were then able to hang them on the clothesline with a wooden clothespin.

We then made a cascade of stars. I got this idea from Enchanted Learning. The kids colored the stars on a template red, white and blue. They then started with the smallest and strung it onto the string. Then a piece of straw, etc. They turned out cute!

Finally, we made red white and blue chocolate dipped pretzel rods.
